Dear Sir/Madam, We, the undersigned residents of Sunrise Building, Jaunapur (near Gyan Kunj School) , are compelled to submit this collective legal complaint regarding the prolonged and complete failure of regular water supply in our building for over a year. Despite repeated complaints, representations, and follow-ups with the concerned authorities, no permanent or effective resolution has been implemented. The continued absence of reliable water access has created a situation of extreme hardship for all residents, including senior citizens, working professionals, women, and young children. Water — an essential civic service — is not a privilege but a fundamental necessity for survival, health, and sanitation.
